Blockade Rig Pass 2

The blockade rig is a mix of a simple rig for beginner animators to get there feet wet while allowing for more advanced features to be unlocked by veteran animators. These features are hidden behind a python script where they may toggled on or off different part of the body. The main goal of this rig is to allow comfort and not overwhelm the user with a complicated interface.
